The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Albino Ibon had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Serafin Charro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Fashions del Averno defense, Blas Jenaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Ibon. The Fashions del Averno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Ibon should have stopped the shot. Hipolito Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Villegas having to interfere. Albino Ibon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Cuenca in the 71st minute of play. Albino Ibon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Eliazar in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Marcelino Eliazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fashions del Averno's Albino Ibon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 81 minutes of play Fashions del Averno's Cesar Camerino was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Fashions del Averno getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Cesar Camerino hit a great ball. Alonzo Lop's late challenge caught a Fashions del Averno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fashions del Averno's Albino Ibon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Gartxot in the 94th minute of play. When the match was over Cavaliers FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fashions del Averno throughout the match.
