The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Khalid Kennedy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albino Leobardo went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 24 minutes into the match, Caelan Hayes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Liher. Los Rompepiernas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caelan Hayes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Los Rompepiernas's Martin Liher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Issac Dawson in the 29th minute of play. Khalid Kennedy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Leobardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by England's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albino Leobardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Rompepiernas's players had a chance to rest. After 33 played minutes Los Rompepiernas got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Mourato. With 38 minutes on the clock, Alfredo Jacindo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 38th minute, one of Los Rompepiernas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Rompepiernas. Micah Macdonald walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a rather tough play, Los Rompepiernas's Leopoldo Juvenal got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute of the match Micah Macdonald sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Liher skillfully saved the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Cox to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Caelan Hayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Liher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cooper Thompson to maneuver through the defense. Martin Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 57th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Tarzan Negro came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the England defense, Tarzan Negro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalid Kennedy. The England fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalid Kennedy should have stopped the shot. Los Rompepiernas's Arthur Neiva was substituted for Niceto Duardo. After 77 minutes of play, Los Rompepiernas's Albino Leobardo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khalid Kennedy was left in no man's land by his defense there! England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Neiva in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Neiva in the 84th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the England defense, Arthur Neiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Khalid Kennedy. The England fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Khalid Kennedy should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Los Rompepiernas had won after a very even match.
