After a defensive mix-up in Toby Futbol Club's zone, Martin Asier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Azibar came out of the goal and Martin Asier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Toby Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Peru didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Azibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Asier in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Israel Bizi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aureliano Obeko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Toby Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Asier came free, but David Azibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aureliano Obeko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Peru in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leones FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidio Basajaun was slow to take the kick. During this time Toby Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. Toby Futbol Club's Gogo Lauaxeta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aureliano Obeko in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Toby Futbol Club's David Azibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Quinto in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Ramon Peru notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Leones FC's Aureliano Obeko. Aureliano Obeko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Toby Futbol Club's Aureliano Obeko threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ramon Peru, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Toby Futbol Club booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Quinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Toby Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Asier came free, but David Azibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramon Peru to strike the kick off in the second half. Aureliano Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 54th minute, Ramon Peru made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Obeko. Leones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Jose Calixto kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Leones FC's Nicolas Bizi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Azibar. That made the score 5-2 after 59 minutes of play. Wilfredo Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ismael Montae kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Peyo. The audience was convinced that Israel Bizi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aureliano Obeko was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Israel Bizi put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Aureliano Obeko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Bizi in the 78th minute of play forced Toby Futbol Club's goalkeeper David Azibar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match Javier Richie sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Azibar skillfully saved the ball. In the 87th minute Israel Bizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Bizi might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aureliano Obeko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Israel Bizi ran back to his position shaking his head. Leones FC's Aureliano Obeko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramon Peru in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Toby Futbol Club fully deserved thier win.
