Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adam Olaru kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Romania got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Ionita. Abel Aureo kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Uwe Septinius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costica Vladimiri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Maureo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Uwe Septinius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carol Stinga came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Liquisue FC's Guillermo Maureo. But to his dismay, Guillermo Maureo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sanda Cutov in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uwe Septinius saved Los Liquisue FC from getting behind. Norberto Acevedo made in the 26th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Guillermo Maureo. Paolo Xabat made in the 28th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Norberto Acevedo. 35 minutes into the game, Sanda Cutov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Uwe Septinius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sanda Cutov might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uwe Septinius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sanda Cutov ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sanda Cutov in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uwe Septinius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Liquisue FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adam Olaru was slow to take the kick. During this time Romania's players had a chance to rest. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Insúa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sanda Cutov in the 58th minute of play forced Los Liquisue FC's goalkeeper Uwe Septinius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sanda Cutov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Uwe Septinius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romania made a substitution. Octavian Vaduva replaced Costica Vladimiri. Carol Stinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Aureo in the 65th minute of the match. If Vasile Ciumak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Los Liquisue FC's Israel Bonifaco was substituted for Flavio Vincente. Vasile Ciumak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Los Liquisue FC's Uwe Septinius got control of the ball when Sanda Cutov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uwe Septinius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sanda Cutov in the 81st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Vasile Ciumak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Uwe Septinius. That made the score 1-2 in the 85 minute of play. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Sanda Cutov sped through Los Liquisue FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uwe Septinius. 93 minutes into the match, Anton Stinga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uwe Septinius. Los Liquisue FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anton Stinga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5.
