Prudencio Ixidor took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Glogowski. Pankracy Glogowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Wrexham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Ixidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şevket Çağa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Lorenz Ureta made a huge save. In the 96th minute Dimitri Payet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Wrexham players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Club Atlético Atlanta from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
