Ballygawley FC's Rowan Doyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlo Solera in the 16th minute of play. When Bel Rogers fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballygawley FC's protests and gave Bel Rogers a yellow card for diving instead. Bel Rogers kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Roger Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rowan Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The tension between the White Bats and the Ballygawley FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ballygawley FC booed when White Bats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Garay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Roger Sánchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. White Bats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Sánchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Ballygawley FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bel Rogers hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karlo Solera was the one to do the kick off. White Bats's Maximiano Arribas got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ballygawley FC's Rowan Doyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlo Solera in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Ballygawley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Costante Moreno came free, but Rowan Doyle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dane Savic hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Rowan Doyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costante Moreno in the 67th minute of play. Rowan Doyle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karlo Solera, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a rather tough play, Ballygawley FC's Dane Savic got a free kick in the 70th minute. Rowan Doyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiano Arribas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rowan Doyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blamhac McStephen hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Roger Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rowan Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Ballygawley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beagan Matthews to maneuver through the defense. Ballygawley FC's Beagan Matthews got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beagan Matthews fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Pantoja having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Declan McTommy got free with Severo Pantoja in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ballygawley FC's Rowan Doyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiano Arribas in the 96th minute of play.
