Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bevin Morrison started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 15 minutes into the match, Bruno Gerber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rowan Doyle. Ballygawley FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Gerber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, Bevin Morrison notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Paysandu's Dinei Britto. Dinei Britto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilmar Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rowan Doyle came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Paysandu's Gilmar Rosa. But to his dismay, Gilmar Rosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Blamhac McStephen fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballygawley FC's protests and gave Blamhac McStephen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ballygawley FC's Blamhac McStephen got a free kick in the 30th minute. Dinei Britto was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Bevin Morrison capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bevin Morrison really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Gilmar Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rowan Doyle having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bevin Morrison in the 42nd minute of play forced Paysandu's goalkeeper Dinei Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44thth minute of the game Gilmar Rosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballygawley FC's Rowan Doyle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute Paysandu were awarded a corner. Hélder Marquez went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilmar Rosa made a kick off. The supporters of Paysandu booed when Ballygawley FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bel Rogers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gilmar Rosa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Rowan Doyle skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Bruno Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brak Ghee kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Paysandu's Gilmar Rosa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rowan Doyle. Rowan Doyle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. After a rather tough play, Paysandu's Gilmar Rosa got a free kick in the 70th minute. Bevin Morrison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Britto having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Bruno Gerber dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rowan Doyle, 2-4. Paysandu's Dinei Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bevin Morrison in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bevin Morrison in the 77th minute of play forced Paysandu's goalkeeper Dinei Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paysandu's Bruno Gerber was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 80th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Gilmar Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ballygawley FC's zone, Bruno Gerber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rowan Doyle came out of the goal and Bruno Gerber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Paysandu's Bruno Gerber got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 96th minute, Bruno Gerber fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rowan Doyle, passed just outside the right post. Paysandu played a much better game than Ballygawley FC and deserved their victory. The Ballygawley FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
