Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karlo Solera started the match with the kick off. When White Bats's Karlo Solera in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Worst Team Ever's goalie prevented a goal. White Bats's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antonio Garay in the 7th minute. The corner led White Bats's Antonio Garay to fire away a dangerous shot which John Elg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 9th match minute, White Bats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Sánchez to maneuver through the defense. Karlo Solera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Elg having to interfere. The throw-in from Urtungo De Pedro in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Worst Team Ever's Jan-Åke Högman. In the 17th minute Karlo Solera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Elg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Worst Team Ever's Petter Fernström got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan-Åke Högman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Severo Pantoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Costante Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Worst Team Ever's John Elg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. John Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. John Elg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costante Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. John Elg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Petter Fernström made a kick off. Yngve Dalberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Severo Pantoja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Petter Fernström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Worst Team Ever's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petter Fernström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Costante Moreno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but John Elg made a huge save. Severo Pantoja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Åke Högman in the 65th minute of play. Severo Pantoja came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Worst Team Ever's Jan-Åke Högman. But to his dismay, Jan-Åke Högman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 73 minutes into the match, White Bats's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Skark came free, but Severo Pantoja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Worst Team Ever booed when White Bats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the game, one of White Bats:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Worst Team Ever. Per Sjöö stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Severo Pantoja. 3-1. John Elg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlo Solera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petter Fernström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 played minutes Worst Team Ever got a freekick which was hit by Robert Skark. In the 89th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngve Dalberg to maneuver through the defense. Worst Team Ever's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
