Ruben Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Plucinik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 minutes, Kryspin Watarz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TS Olimpia Poznan and the Bergdal players grew even worse after the yellow card. Runar Øklands short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Kazimierz Grajewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 13 minutes of play, TS Olimpia Poznan's Kryspin Watarz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruben Lima was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th match minute, TS Olimpia Poznan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stasio Pierz to maneuver through the defense. Runar Økland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Grajewski having to interfere. Ruben Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Plucinik in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Plucinik in the 25th minute of play forced Bergdal's goalkeeper Ruben Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Inge Amundsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kazimierz Grajewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bergdal booed when TS Olimpia Poznan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izydor Labus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stasio Pierz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Runar Økland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Grajewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Runar Økland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half TS Olimpia Poznan were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Runar Økland was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 50 minutes, Wasyl Dlugi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TS Olimpia Poznan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wasyl Dlugi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 52 minutes, Tytus Chlapowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TS Olimpia Poznan and the Bergdal players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bergdal booed when TS Olimpia Poznan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Chlapowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruben Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Plucinik in the 59th minute of play. Storm Solvang kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Leonard Plucinik rounded Bergdal's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. In the 65th play minute Wasyl Dlugi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ruben Lima. 1-3. In the 74th match minute, Bergdal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Askim to maneuver through the defense. Wasyl Dlugi in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ruben Lima, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wasyl Dlugi got free with Ruben Lima in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, TS Olimpia Poznan's Konstanty Fudalej got a free kick in the 86th minute. TS Olimpia Poznan's Kazimierz Grajewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eivind Hay in the 87th minute of play. Wasyl Dlugi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ruben Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wasyl Dlugi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TS Olimpia Poznan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
