Niklas Fribäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Bauer in the 3rd minute of play. Sandro Grünberger took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Fribäck. Niklas Fribäck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Ted Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Chuba Chubba Akpom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ted Eriksson couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Chuba Chubba Akpom's Sakarias Ahlström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dustin Lantzen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 18 minutes TRABZONSPOR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Birger Gunnarsson who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Chuba Chubba Akpom's corner Birger Gunnarsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dustin Lantzen quite easily take care of the ball. TRABZONSPOR's Dustin Lantzen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Ahlström in the 19th minute of play. Sakarias Ahlström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Dustin Lantzen made a huge save. Dustin Lantzen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sakarias Ahlström in the 27th minute. Niklas Fribäck came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by TRABZONSPOR's Mike Bauer. But to his dismay, Mike Bauer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 31st minute, Chuba Chubba Akpom's Birger Gunnarsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Sakarias Ahlström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dustin Lantzen having to make a save. TRABZONSPOR's Dustin Lantzen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save TRABZONSPOR from getting a goal against them. Dustin Lantzen made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Sakarias Ahlström sent off a good shot on target. If Ted Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sakarias Ahlström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dustin Lantzen came out and tried to block the shot, but Sakarias Ahlström slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 40th minute. Niklas Fribäck came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by TRABZONSPOR's Mike Bauer. But to his dismay, Mike Bauer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sakarias Ahlström made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Sakarias Ahlström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dustin Lantzen was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 69th match minute, Chuba Chubba Akpom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Chuba Chubba Akpom getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Erland Örtlund hit a great ball. When Birger Gunnarsson came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Chuba Chubba Akpom fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Gunnarsson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Chuba Chubba Akpom booed when TRABZONSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Felix Graf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Snäll might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dustin Lantzen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adrian Snäll ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th match minute, Chuba Chubba Akpom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sverker Hansson to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd match minute, TRABZONSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niclas Fellner to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Snäll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Chuba Chubba Akpom supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching TRABZONSPOR's performance. The match ended with a win for TRABZONSPOR.
