In the 10th minute Federico Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigih Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Fred de Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gigih Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Lucero in the 12th minute of play. José Stevenson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludomir Gleba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Santiago Arias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Gigih Buffon made a huge save. With a little luck, Tracto's Gigih Buffon got control of the ball when Ivoš Petráček tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Tracto's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Perfecto came free, but Gigih Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AC Milan's Ludomir Gleba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Stevenson in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Milan's goalkeeper Ludomir Gleba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Leopoldo Bautista fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AC Milan's protests and gave Leopoldo Bautista a yellow card for diving instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After taking down the ball on Tracto's corner Fred de Brito fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ludomir Gleba quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivoš Petráček in the 66th minute of play forced Tracto's goalkeeper Gigih Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludomir Gleba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Stevenson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AC Milan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivoš Petráček in the 73rd minute. Gigih Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Doro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 87th minute Federico Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigih Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigih Buffon came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Milan's Ivoš Petráček. But to his dismay, Ivoš Petráček quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. AC Milan's Mauro Eliu was substituted for Santiago Arias. After a rather tough play, AC Milan's Leopoldo Bautista got a free kick in the 94th minute.
