When Monte Hermoso Beach's Maximo Lico in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 12thth minute of the game Maximo Lico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballet Azul's Leonel Montt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvino Klein kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, Ballet Azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Lanchares to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute Benjamin Arotza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Montt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ysidro Briones's late challenge caught a Monte Hermoso Beach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ysidro Briones helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Ysidro Briones hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Joseph charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Joseph the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Monte Hermoso Beach getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Miguel Joseph hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Benjamin Arotza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monte Hermoso Beach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Benjamin Arotza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonel Montt. Ballet Azul's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Arotza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Ballet Azul's Román Castañeda got a free kick in the 38th minute. Leonel Montt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Lico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonel Montt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erubiel Bilintx in the 43rd minute of the match. The Ballet Azul players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Monte Hermoso Beach were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ysidro Briones stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Maximo Lico reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonel Montt. The goal made the score 0-3. Monte Hermoso Beach were furious when Honorio Arias was red carded, 65 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 65 minutes into the game, one of Monte Hermoso Beach:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fidel Lorien took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Regino Novajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Horacio Lanchares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Montt was a little too slow when Erubiel Bilintx got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 3-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Lanchares in the 83rd minute of play forced Monte Hermoso Beach's goalkeeper Fidel Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Arotza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Leonel Montt made a huge save. In the 89th minute Ysidro Briones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monte Hermoso Beach's Fidel Lorien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Lanchares in the 91st minute of play. Erubiel Bilintx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95 played minutes Ballet Azul got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Lanchares. Monte Hermoso Beach's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
