Hamilton Luis took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Montt. Leonel Montt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Jumeuc Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Anísio Sousa hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Fellipe Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Murillo Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Murillo Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Montt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anísio Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Aníbal Arruda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ysidro Briones's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 23rd match minute, Ballet Azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ysidro Briones to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Farren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballet Azul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jumeuc Futebol Clube the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Ballet Azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Farren to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Alessandro de Andrade slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonel Montt. That made the score 2-0 after 26 minutes of play. Ferrán Sarratea hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Aníbal Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ysidro Briones in the 34th minute of the match. Hamilton Luis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leonel Montt firmly grabbed it by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ysidro Briones to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Jumeuc Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Sousa. 56 minutes into the match, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aníbal Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ysidro Briones. In the 62nd minute Hamilton Luis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Montt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Montt came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Alessandro de Andrade. But to his dismay, Alessandro de Andrade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ysidro Briones got free with Aníbal Arruda in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Jumeuc Futebol Clube booed when Ballet Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Hernánde Tellez didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's Regino Novajas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aníbal Arruda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Reynaldo Farren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Ballet Azul defense, Anísio Sousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonel Montt. The Ballet Azul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonel Montt should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute of the match Miguel Hernánde Tellez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aníbal Arruda skillfully saved the ball. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
