DALO S.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballet Azul the free kick. Félix Nuño kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DALO S.C.'s Cumbicus Camino got a free kick in the 12th minute. Diego Mañon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ysidro Briones in the 17th minute. The Ballet Azul fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 44th minute of the match Regino Novajas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diego Mañon skillfully saved the ball. Samaniego Centenales's late challenge caught a Ballet Azul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horacio Lanchares got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of DALO S.C. booed when Ballet Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Lanchares didn't get a good kick on the ball.
