Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The wind increased when Ferrán Sarratea made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Ballet Azul's zone, Victoriano Eztebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Eztebe in the 56th minute of play forced Ballet Azul's goalkeeper Leonel Montt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusebio Gorosti in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
