A sloppy throw-in by Andres Musko in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by The Old Boys's Monte Susanin. Andres Musko charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andres Musko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of The Old Boys booed when Alpachiri AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Musko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Kubat Tuğrul was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulino Sayvion who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Roman Shantala when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Alpachiri AFC defense, Paulino Sayvion kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Shantala. The Alpachiri AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Shantala should have stopped the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched The Old Boys eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
