CeciForEver's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pecém the free kick. The supporters of Pecém booed when CeciForEver was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Inautzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Joaquin Inautzi made a precise shot to the right of Denílson Leão. Pecém's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, CeciForEver's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Shu Tian came free, but Fermin Basajaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pecém's Ibon Obeso got a free kick in the 18th minute. Filomeno Jon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denílson Leão having to make a save. A collision led to CeciForEver getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Valentin Costante hit a great ball. Denílson Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Inautzi in the 27th minute of play. Diego Shepherd struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Denílson Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CeciForEver. Pecém's Denílson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Shepherd in the 31st minute of play. Denílson Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Inautzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Xie Shu Tian made the kick off in the second half. Fermin Basajaun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 60th minute Xie Shu Tian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of CeciForEver booed when Pecém was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Austin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Pecém's Xie Shu Tian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fermin Basajaun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Nicuşor Nebunu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Basajaun having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Pecém could leave the field as winners, despite CeciForEver having more of the ball for most of the match.
