Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fermin Dolfo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Dolfo in the 5th minute of play forced Plumerillo's goalkeeper Abel Matro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Diego Armando Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Yalapa's goalkeeper Basri İhtiyar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Fernández. Basri İhtiyar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Deunoro in the 11th minute. Basri İhtiyar was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Victor Deunoro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Deunoro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Juan Edwardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Plumerillo defense, Fermin Dolfo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Matro. The Plumerillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Matro should have stopped the shot. Diego Armando Junior kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacobo Gonzo to strike the kick off in the second half. Basri İhtiyar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Gonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute.
