Ignacio Fernández sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A.A. Cachila's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonas Orlo in the 6th minute. A.A. Cachila's Cesar Cordarrel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abel Matro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Abel Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Astudillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Matro was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Tanek Poreda made in the 13th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ermegildo Lehior however managed to control. Ignacio Fernández struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Abel Matro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rodrigo Astudillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Matro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Astudillo ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Tanek Poreda in the 30th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.A. Cachila's Paulino Estevez. Abel Matro came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by A.A. Cachila's Cesar Cordarrel. But to his dismay, Cesar Cordarrel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Higinio Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. A.A. Cachila's Gustavo Hartz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save A.A. Cachila from getting a goal against them. The Plumerillo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. A.A. Cachila were winning 1-3.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Astudillo was the one to do the kick off. Rodrigo Astudillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Abel Matro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tanek Poreda made in the 67th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Maximino Ellande immediately put the ball in play. Higinio Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Plumerillo's zone, Rodrigo Astudillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Matro came out of the goal and Rodrigo Astudillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abel Matro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Brun in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, A.A. Cachila's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Gonzo came free, but Gustavo Hartz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abel Matro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodrigo Astudillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 77 minute of play. A.A. Cachila made a substitution. Terri Moco replaced Rodrigo Astudillo. After a rather tough play, Plumerillo's Tanek Poreda got a free kick in the 84th minute. Terri Moco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Matro having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terri Moco got free with Abel Matro in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cachila would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
