Eske Aksel came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Cobresal's Alifonso Apablaza. But to his dismay, Alifonso Apablaza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alifonso Apablaza in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eske Aksel saved La Zabaleta from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Alifonso Apablaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alifonso Apablaza in the 21st minute of play forced La Zabaleta's goalkeeper Eske Aksel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cobresal booed when La Zabaleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Nerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Alifonso Apablaza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eske Aksel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Gilabert showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The Cobresal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. La Zabaleta's Eske Aksel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save La Zabaleta from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the match, Modesto Iriarte dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eske Aksel, 1-6. Modesto Iriarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eske Aksel having to interfere. Eske Aksel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juliano Armstrong in the 77th minute of the match. Eske Aksel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alifonso Apablaza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Miguel Gilabert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cobresal's Alifonso Apablaza in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Zabaleta's goalie prevented a goal. Eske Aksel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Modesto Iriarte in the 84th minute. After 85 minutes of play, Cobresal's Juliano Armstrong made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eske Aksel was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Alifonso Apablaza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cobresal's supporters rose to their feet, but Alifonso Apablaza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eske Aksel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. La Zabaleta's Eske Aksel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriel Del Campo in the 89th minute of play. José Julio Dudagoitia came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eske Aksel could save by the left post. After 92 played minutes Cobresal got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Iriarte. La Zabaleta's Eske Aksel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alifonso Apablaza in the 96th minute of play. The La Zabaleta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cobresal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
