Lex Pelsers charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lex Pelsers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to real dixmuda getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Lex Pelsers hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Cleto Totakoxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas-Jan Rouvoet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas-Jan Rouvoet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Peli in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Laurence Swin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. real dixmuda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dragones FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, real dixmuda's Laurence Swin got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute Gaudencio Peli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas-Jan Rouvoet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas-Jan Rouvoet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Peli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Dragones FC's Gaudencio Peli made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thomas-Jan Rouvoet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ragnar Wallmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ron Keldermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomas-Jan Rouvoet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Totakoxe in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Gaudencio Peli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dragones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Armand Helssen's late challenge caught a Dragones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armand Helssen helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes real dixmuda got a freekick which was hit by Armand Helssen. 46 minutes into the match, Cleto Totakoxe notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of real dixmuda's Thomas-Jan Rouvoet. Thomas-Jan Rouvoet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The real dixmuda players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Dragones FC were winning 0-5.

In the 61st minute of the match, Cleto Totakoxe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thomas-Jan Rouvoet was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thomas-Jan Rouvoet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santo Paublo in the 68th minute. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by real dixmuda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pierre Rouckeloos was slow to take the kick. During this time Dragones FC's players had a chance to rest.
