With a left leg Emiel De Raeijmaecker saved Fox Hunting Squad from getting behind. With a little luck, Utopía Muerta FC's Mano Hume got control of the ball when Nic Adams tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fox Hunting Squad's Nic Adams slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mano Hume. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. Sylven Rymenans's late challenge caught a Utopía Muerta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sylven Rymenans helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fox Hunting Squad's Sylven Rymenans got a free kick in the 8th minute. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when Fox Hunting Squad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Bourgeois didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severo Bermudo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiel De Raeijmaecker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Anier Johans. In the 21st minute of the match, Maicon van Beek got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mano Hume was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 22nd minute of the match Fox Hunting Squad got a corner. Utopía Muerta FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joachim Vleminx ran over to the corner to take the kick. Severo Bermudo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiel De Raeijmaecker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Fox Hunting Squad's Emiel De Raeijmaecker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Johans in the 26th minute of play. Anier Johans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiel De Raeijmaecker having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ralf Bourgeois during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Ralf Bourgeois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiel De Raeijmaecker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severo Bermudo went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nic Adams in the 44th minute of play forced Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nic Adams to make the kick off. Emiel De Raeijmaecker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Bermudo in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Severo Bermudo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiel De Raeijmaecker. Fox Hunting Squad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severo Bermudo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 62 minutes into the match, Fox Hunting Squad's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Furtado came free, but Emiel De Raeijmaecker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Utopía Muerta FC's Fermin Martinez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emiel De Raeijmaecker in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The corner led Utopía Muerta FC's David Brás to fire away a dangerous shot which Emiel De Raeijmaecker despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Furtado in the 66th minute of play forced Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Emiel De Raeijmaecker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nic Adams in the 68th minute of play forced Utopía Muerta FC's goalkeeper Mano Hume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maicon van Beek kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Braulio Hibai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Emiel De Raeijmaecker made a huge save. Emiel De Raeijmaecker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramón Furtado went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Hibai got free with Emiel De Raeijmaecker in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Utopía Muerta FC's Braulio Hibai in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Fox Hunting Squad getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Joachim Vleminx hit a great ball. When Utopía Muerta FC's Ramón Furtado in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fox Hunting Squad's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Utopía Muerta FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
