John Wahlnäs made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Johnny Söderberg sent off a good shot on target. Johnny Söderberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and John Wahlnäs could save by the left post. In the 10th match minute, FF Små Gröna Män was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Hagberg to maneuver through the defense. Johnny Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FF Små Gröna Män's John Wahlnäs got control of the ball when Johnny Söderberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Slussfors IK's Johnny Söderberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Dan Lindberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Sven-Ove Åström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Lindberg. Slussfors IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sven-Ove Åström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Kilström in the 34th minute of play forced Slussfors IK's goalkeeper Dan Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sonny Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Dan Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Erik Kilström in the 36th minute of play. Dan Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Erik Kilström in the 39th minute of play. Dan Lindberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Ove Åström in the 43rd minute of the match. With a little luck, FF Små Gröna Män's John Wahlnäs got control of the ball when Johnny Söderberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 47th play minute Johnny Söderberg came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised John Wahlnäs. 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

In the 53rd minute of the match, Nils-Erik Kilström got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dan Lindberg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nils-Erik Kilström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dan Lindberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dan Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dick Hagberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Hagberg in the 59th minute of play forced Slussfors IK's goalkeeper Dan Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Slussfors IK's Dan Lindberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Slussfors IK from getting a goal against them. Dan Lindberg came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FF Små Gröna Män's Nils-Erik Kilström. But to his dismay, Nils-Erik Kilström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Slussfors IK's zone, Sven-Ove Åström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Lindberg came out of the goal and Sven-Ove Åström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dick Hagberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dan Lindberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Dick Hagberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 69th minute. Dick Hagberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils-Erik Kilström kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Slussfors IK defense, Dick Hagberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dan Lindberg. The Slussfors IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dan Lindberg should have stopped the shot. Dan Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Bålström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Slussfors IK's goalkeeper Dan Lindberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Erik Kilström. Slussfors IK's Dan Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Hagberg in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Dick Hagberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dan Lindberg, 2-5.
