Hedemora's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Ahlbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Hedemora's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Kilström came free, but Edwin Galle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sivert Ekrot took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edwin Galle. Hedemora's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edwin Galle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Kilström in the 17th minute of the match. Oskar Pilblad's late challenge caught a FF Små Gröna Män's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Pilblad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Hedemora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Pilblad to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Ian Ahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anton Olsman hit a great ball. Edwin Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Larsson in the 33rd minute of play. FF Små Gröna Män's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sivert Ekrot in the 35th minute. A nice corner shot did that Sivert Ekrot got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edwin Galle quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Erik Kilström in the 36th minute of play forced Hedemora's goalkeeper Edwin Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Hedemora defense, Fabian Ingemarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Galle. The Hedemora fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Galle should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christoffer Holm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Nils-Erik Kilström fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FF Små Gröna Män's protests and gave Nils-Erik Kilström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Nils-Erik Kilström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the match, Hedemora's goalkeeper Edwin Galle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Erik Kilström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Erik Kilström got free with Edwin Galle in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Hedemora's Edwin Galle got control of the ball when Ian Ahlbom tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edwin Galle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Erik Kilström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwin Galle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Jan Larsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Edwin Galle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, FF Små Gröna Män's Jan Larsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. After having played for 70 minutes, Jan Larsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FF Små Gröna Män's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Larsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Hedemora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rasmus Salqvist to maneuver through the defense. Edwin Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Larsson in the 75th minute of play. Edwin Galle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Ahlbom in the 77th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as FF Små Gröna Män's Jan Larsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edwin Galle. That made the score 0-6 after 78 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Larsson in the 84th minute of play forced Hedemora's goalkeeper Edwin Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin Galle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Ahlbom in the 92nd minute. Ian Ahlbom did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Edwin Galle 94 minutes into the match. FF Små Gröna Män's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
