Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) AC Milan's Golo Doro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gino Galante struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Ludomir Gleba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Owls. A hard shot 7 in the game by Gino Galante from a close distance when the talented Ludomir Gleba managed to make a qualified save. AC Milan's players were relieved. In the 8th minute Santiago Arias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Gleba was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Gino Galante capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gino Galante really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If William Creemers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludomir Gleba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gino Galante showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivoš Petráček in the 21st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gino Galante kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludomir Gleba. That made the score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. Gino Galante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ludomir Gleba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Leopoldo Bautista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gino Galante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Åke Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Arias in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute AC Milan were awarded a corner. Ivoš Petráček went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led AC Milan's Ivoš Petráček to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan-Åke Emander despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Ivoš Petráček notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander. Jan-Åke Emander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gino Galante was the one to do the kick off. Blagovest Parushev charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blagovest Parushev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of The Owls booed when AC Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blagovest Parushev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gino Galante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ludomir Gleba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Golo Doro got free with Jan-Åke Emander in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Owls's Jan-Åke Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Arias in the 60th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Ivoš Petráček recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan-Åke Emander. Ivoš Petráček showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-2. Cyprian Karp was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes The Owls got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Karp. 71 minutes in the game Leopoldo Bautista after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Jan-Åke Emander. A very good opportunity. 73 minutes into the game, The Owls's Gino Galante nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ludomir Gleba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Doro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Gino Galante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gino Galante in the 81st minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Ludomir Gleba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gino Galante came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the The Owls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gino Galante couldn't finish the play. AC Milan made a substitution. Mauro Eliu replaced Santiago Arias. The Owls's Ubarna Harroyo was substituted for Gino Galante. Ludomir Gleba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubarna Harroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88thth minute of the game Ubarna Harroyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Milan's Ludomir Gleba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to The Owls getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Corneliu Fox hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, AC Milan's Federico Lucero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-3. AC Milan's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
