Pastor Eufemio made a great header on Club Atlético de Newell's corner, it was just that Fúria Amadora FC's Dito Tinoco managed to reach the ball for a save. Dito Tinoco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Percival's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fúria Amadora FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pastor Eufemio was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Atlético de Newell's players had a chance to rest. Club Atlético de Newell's Pastor Eufemio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dito Tinoco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Percival in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dito Tinoco saved Fúria Amadora FC from getting behind. 43 minutes into the match, Fúria Amadora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Percival came free, but Dito Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fúria Amadora FC's Maurinho da Rocha got a free kick in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Percival made a kick off. Fúria Amadora FC's Dito Tinoco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Fúria Amadora FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Percival in the 59th minute of play forced Fúria Amadora FC's goalkeeper Dito Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Percival recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dito Tinoco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Percival went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 68 minutes into the match, Fúria Amadora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Devon Howson came free, but Dito Tinoco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Sebastian Percival shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Sebastian Percival who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fúria Amadora FC's Dito Tinoco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Fúria Amadora FC's goalkeeper Dito Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Devon Howson.
