Luo Kuan Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Wallace FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Luo Kuan Bin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Mathijn Doctor. In the 30th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luo Kuan Bin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 43rd minute of play forced Wallace FC's goalkeeper Luo Kuan Bin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karakasa Karlsson in the 44th minute of play. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luo Kuan Bin having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Urbasa in the 51st minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wallace FC's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luo Kuan Bin came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Oxel in the 58th minute of the match. Wallace FC's Angel Urbasa got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luo Kuan Bin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lars Meesters showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 62 minute of play. Wallace FC's Ramiro Liberto was substituted for Angel Urbasa. Luo Kuan Bin made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Eikelkamp in the 68th minute. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wallace FC's Luo Kuan Bin did a great save. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Florin in the 71st minute of play. David Eikelkamp struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Luo Kuan Bin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karakasa Karlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 91 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. In the 92nd minute, Egbert Nijveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Wallace FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
