Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sandro Galishoff started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Olov Hedman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabio Auer. The goal made the score 1-0. Salomon Burgemann kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Gretchen AIS booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Nalder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olov Hedman in the 15th minute of play. Fabio Auer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Salomon Burgemann showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Emil Seidler hit a great ball. Fabio Auer was a little too slow when Andreas Lövkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Wallner during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 28 minutes into the game, one of Austria:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 31 minutes, Gretchen AIS's Andreas Lövkvist got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer was a little too slow when Andreas Lövkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 6-0. Olov Hedman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere. With a little luck, Austria's Fabio Auer got control of the ball when Olov Hedman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gretchen AIS's Elof Gustavsson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Sandro Galishoff, 43 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Salomon Burgemann made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salomon Burgemann in the 52nd minute of play forced Austria's goalkeeper Fabio Auer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Örjan Hökqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Austria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andreas Lövkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. 82 minutes into the game, Jonas Nalder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Austria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gretchen AIS the free kick. The supporters of Gretchen AIS booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Nalder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabio Auer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Speich in the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Austria defense, Olov Hedman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Auer. The Austria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Auer should have stopped the shot. Filip Speich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Fabio Auer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Karl Axelsson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. There was no doubt that Gretchen AIS were the better team. Gretchen AIS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
