In the 14th match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Felipe Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Dracena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernani Hermes got free with Sílvio Zonta in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruninho Silva in the 22nd minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Chico Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maicon Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Chico Dracena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chico Dracena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Silva in the 28th minute of play. Bruninho Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Silva came free, but Chico Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes TAQUARI FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Queiroz. Nildo Veloso scored 1-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sílvio Zonta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Bruninho Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Dracena was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. After 39 minutes Reko-Recko 03™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bruninho Silva who took care of the corner kick. David Freitas hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Nildo Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sílvio Zonta having to interfere. Augusto Ramos struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Chico Dracena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TAQUARI FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruninho Silva in the 48th minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Chico Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hernani Hermes to strike the kick off in the second half. Chico Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Queiroz in the 57th minute of the match. TAQUARI FC's Sílvio Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Cardoso in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute, TAQUARI FC's Bruninho Silva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Chico Dracena made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Bruninho Silva sent off a good shot on target. Bruninho Silva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Chico Dracena skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 67th match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. Deivid Donato hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erivaldo Esteves to maneuver through the defense. Chico Dracena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruninho Silva in the 89th minute. TAQUARI FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
