Jonas Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Queirós came free, but André Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on SORRISO E. C.'s corner Vítor Sousa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and André Abraão quite easily take care of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Queirós came free, but André Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reko-Recko 03™'s André Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Branco in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo de Brito came free, but André Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Faria in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute, Wiliam Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Artur Branco came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the SORRISO E. C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artur Branco couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Queirós in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Abraão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 40 minutes into the game, SORRISO E. C.'s Júlio Faria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. André Abraão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Manoel Marquez charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manoel Marquez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Reko-Recko 03™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Marquez to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes, SORRISO E. C.'s Vítor Sousa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper André Abraão came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SORRISO E. C. reached it. After the first half SORRISO E. C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim Queirós made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Júlio Faria made a precise shot to the right of André Abraão. Reko-Recko 03™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 55 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper André Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquim Queirós. A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jarbas Pombal hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júlio Faria got free with André Abraão in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 60 minutes, Joaquim Queirós made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Reko-Recko 03™'s André Abraão tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When SORRISO E. C.'s Artur Branco in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reko-Recko 03™'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 69th match minute, SORRISO E. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo de Brito to maneuver through the defense. Joaquim Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Reko-Recko 03™'s zone, Joaquim Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Abraão came out of the goal and Joaquim Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artur Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. André Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Joaquim Queirós left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SORRISO E. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Ed Mundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Edvaldo Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper André Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquim Queirós. The audience was convinced that Júlio Faria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Abraão was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Júlio Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
