After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ian Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bitelon FC - SAF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ian Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrinho Severo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 6th match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Fantini to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th match minute, Bitelon FC - SAF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Pereira to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Pedrinho Severo managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Bitelon FC - SAF's Murillo Neves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murillo Neves in the 14th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrinho Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murillo Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Zandarin FC's Aílton Amorim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Furlan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 22 minutes into the game, Aílton Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cristian Furlan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 25th minute, Richard Fantini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Furlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 29thth minute of the game Murillo Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zandarin FC's Pedrinho Severo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Marcus Mattos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedrinho Severo. Marcus Mattos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Pedrinho Severo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Murillo Neves sent off a good shot on target. Bitelon FC - SAF's attentive Cristóvão Baptista managed to snatch the ball when Walmir Schmidt made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game. The Bitelon FC - SAF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zandarin FC were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Ian Queirós made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Aílton Amorim notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Bitelon FC - SAF's Cristian Furlan. Cristian Furlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 68 minutes into the match, Bitelon FC - SAF's goalkeeper Cristian Furlan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Fantini. Walmir Schmidt's late challenge caught a Bitelon FC - SAF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walmir Schmidt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Walmir Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Bitelon FC - SAF's Marcus Mattos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedrinho Severo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. 77 minutes into the match, Bitelon FC - SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Fantini came free, but Cristian Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Murillo Neves struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Pedrinho Severo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bitelon FC - SAF. Samuca Fantini scored 3-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedrinho Severo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bitelon FC - SAF players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
