The supporters of FC Pink Panthers booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Bergman. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Åkerström in the 6th minute of the match. Boros Benedek's late challenge caught a FC Pink Panthers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boros Benedek helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Boros Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Kanber, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to FC Pink Panthers getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Gabriel Back hit a great ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pink Panthers's goalkeeper Ahmet Kanber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arne Bergman's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. FC Pink Panthers's Ahmet Kanber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 18th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Bergman, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Bergman in the 22nd minute of the match. When FC Pink Panthers's Arne Bergman in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Carl Åkerström sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Arne Bergman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arne Bergman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 40th minute FC Pink Panthers were awarded a corner. João Mattei went to the cornerflag to take it. Hungary's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Arne Bergman scored to the left of an out of position Fodor Daniel, making the score, 2-2. After 47 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Szekeres Tamas. FC Pink Panthers's João Mattei shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fodor Daniel but with some difficulty. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Hungary's attack was well implemented in the 53rd minute, but when Antal Valentin was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Bergman in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, FC Pink Panthers's Karl-Erik Bern sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ahmet Kanber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ahmet Kanber firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Bergman in the 81st minute of the match. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Ahmet Kanber made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Pink Panthers's Ahmet Kanber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save FC Pink Panthers from getting a goal against them. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
