Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dariusz Praski made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Jagiellonia Bialystok's Leszek Malicki got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Jagiellonia Bialystok's Wieslaw Trzaskoma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Wieslaw Trzaskoma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Major Barna's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 26th minute of play forced Jagiellonia Bialystok's goalkeeper Wieslaw Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes Jagiellonia Bialystok's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Wieslaw Trzaskoma despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Napoleon Dziatkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. In the 38th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Praski in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vörös Henrik to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
When Szekeres Tamas fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Szekeres Tamas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jagiellonia Bialystok booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dariusz Praski in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wieslaw Trzaskoma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wieslaw Trzaskoma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute Julian Hyska shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jagiellonia Bialystok's Dariusz Praski in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wieslaw Trzaskoma. Wieslaw Trzaskoma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Many of Hungary's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Hungary may have spent more time on the ball, but Jagiellonia Bialystok were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
