Victorio Bemabe started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Argentino de Banfield getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Alejo Orti hit a great ball. After 10 minutes Argentino de Banfield's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teodoro Nafarroa who took care of the corner kick. In the 12th minute Nunez Berasko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Soter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argentino de Banfield's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raimundo Castulo in the 13th minute. The corner led to Argentino de Banfield's Danilo Jobo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Lavan Querubin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aquiles Soter having to make a save. Leonides Valentine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Vidal in the 16th minute of play. CLUB ATLETICO DONO's Aquiles Soter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Berasko in the 19th minute of play. Leonides Valentine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Clemencin in the 21st minute of play. Leonides Valentine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Fernendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute of the match Lavan Querubin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aquiles Soter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aquiles Soter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nunez Berasko went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Aquiles Soter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Bemabe, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 35 minutes CLUB ATLETICO DONO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raimundo Castulo who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Argentino de Banfield's corner Raimundo Castulo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aquiles Soter quite easily take care of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Raimundo Castulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Argentino de Banfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Castulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Soter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Lavan Querubin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquiles Soter was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as CLUB ATLETICO DONO's Bernabe Clemencin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonides Valentine. That made the score 1-2 after 48 minutes of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erubiel Vidal to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Argentino de Banfield's Raimundo Castulo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Soter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Argentino de Banfield were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after CLUB ATLETICO DONO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raimundo Castulo took the corner. In the 64thth minute of the game Teodoro Nafarroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argentino de Banfield's Leonides Valentine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aquiles Soter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Berasko in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, CLUB ATLETICO DONO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Clemencin to maneuver through the defense. Nunez Berasko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Aquiles Soter made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Nunez Berasko kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aquiles Soter. That made the score 1-4 in the 69 minute of play. CLUB ATLETICO DONO's Aquiles Soter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save CLUB ATLETICO DONO from getting a goal against them. In the 88th play minute Nunez Berasko came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aquiles Soter. 1-5. Raimundo Castulo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Aquiles Soter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argentino de Banfield. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Argentino de Banfield had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
