Gavino Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Aimar in the 21st minute of play. Jonathan Cresencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jaime Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Clemente Martino took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Gavino Orlan to make any attempt to save it. 35 minutes into the match, Isaac Vistruario notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Jaime Afonso. Jaime Afonso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
