After 12 minutes of play, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Ciriaco Oinaz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidio Oto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ovidio Oto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Martino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes OLYMPIACOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Laurendi. Justino Filipo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Jaime Afonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ from getting a goal against them. If Fernando Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Martino in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Oto saved OLYMPIACOS FC from getting behind. Ovidio Oto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Oinaz in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Martino in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidio Oto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute Ramiro Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Eduino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Afonso having to interfere. After 34 played minutes OLYMPIACOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Felipo. After a rather tough play, OLYMPIACOS FC's Vinicio Laurendi got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Martino in the 45th minute of play forced OLYMPIACOS FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramiro Lore made a kick off. When OLYMPIACOS FC's Eliseo Eduino in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 64 played minutes Fernando Elodio rounded OLYMPIACOS FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Clemente Martino's late challenge caught a OLYMPIACOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemente Martino helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Clemente Martino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, OLYMPIACOS FC's Ramiro Lore got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 78th minute, Honorio Vela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute of the match, Clemente Martino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ovidio Oto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 84 played minutes ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Elodio. 85 minutes into the game, Honorio Vela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OLYMPIACOS FC the free kick. A collision led to ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Honorio Vela hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, OLYMPIACOS FC's Ramiro Lore broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ciriaco Oinaz kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Everardo Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Ciriaco Oinaz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ovidio Oto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cirilo Chayo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than OLYMPIACOS FC.
