The audience was convinced that Camille Baume's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 邱笑威 was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 20th minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 邱笑威 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 36th minute of play forced El Tiki Tiki FC's goalkeeper 邱笑威 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Tiki Tiki FC's 邱笑威 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 40th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Constantino Ereinotz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maxime Durand. The goal made the score 2-2.

France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Ereinotz in the 63rd minute of play. Humberto Rojelio struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Tiki Tiki FC. El Tiki Tiki FC's Joel Jobo was substituted for Conrado Poncio. Robert Chapuis scored 2-3 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 邱笑威, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Humberto Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Tiki Tiki FC made a substitution. Segundo Ponce replaced Constantino Ereinotz. In the 75th minute, Segundo Ponce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxime Durand was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. In the 82nd match minute, El Tiki Tiki FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Jobo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of El Tiki Tiki FC booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis Bruneau didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes, Joel Jobo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Tiki Tiki FC and the France players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of France booed when El Tiki Tiki FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Jobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Segundo Ponce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Ponce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. In the 92nd minute Segundo Ponce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Rojelio in the 94th minute of play. When El Tiki Tiki FC's Segundo Ponce in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye France's goalie prevented a goal.
