Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Lekubegi got free with Keld Paulsen in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Haszczak in the 15th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denmark's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Esteban Lekubegi scored to the left of an out of position Keld Paulsen, making the score, 1-0. Keld Paulsen was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Damian Haszczak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Damian Haszczak really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Lars Steen struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Zbigniew Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard got a free kick in the 34th minute. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoud Ooms went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnoud Ooms in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Arnoud Ooms made the kick off in the second half. Zbigniew Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Chris Nygaard sent off a good shot on target. 54 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zbigniew Glogowski. KP Skępe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbigniew Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoud Ooms, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KP Skępe's Zbigniew Glogowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esteban Lekubegi's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Lekubegi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Denmark booed when KP Skępe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Denmark's Zbigniew Glogowski threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chris Nygaard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in KP Skępe's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbigniew Glogowski came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chris Nygaard was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
