The audience thought a goal was coming when Tincho Palermo got free with Celso Javiar in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 7 minutes into the match, Terry Jamieson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lazaros Kabantais. Los Materos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Terry Jamieson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Nico-Jan van der Aa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Los Materos FC's Roland Danielsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Milferio's zone, Tincho Palermo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Javiar came out of the goal and Tincho Palermo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Terry Jamieson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Terry Jamieson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lazaros Kabantais. Los Materos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Terry Jamieson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lazaros Kabantais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Jamieson in the 27th minute of the match. Aaron Molina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Celso Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Milferio's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Milian came free, but Celso Javiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Terry Jamieson in the 40th minute of play forced Los Materos FC's goalkeeper Lazaros Kabantais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Milferio were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st match minute, Milferio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrea Herrera to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Los Materos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Cesario came free, but Lazaros Kabantais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Milferio defense, Tincho Palermo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Javiar. The Milferio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Javiar should have stopped the shot. Lazaros Kabantais made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Terry Jamieson sent off a good shot on target. Simon Diaz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Los Materos FC made a substitution. Teobald Gacki replaced Tincho Palermo. Los Materos FC's Eleuterio Rufio was substituted for Elias Furman. The supporters of Milferio booed when Los Materos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Diaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Feng Xiang Yi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feng Xiang Yi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Milian in the 80th minute of play forced Milferio's goalkeeper Celso Javiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes Los Materos FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Molina. In the 83rd minute, Prospero Avellaneda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Prospero Avellaneda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lazaros Kabantais, 1-3. In the 88th match minute, Milferio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Cucao to maneuver through the defense. Milferio made a substitution. Venancio Otsando replaced Jonatan Iraitz. In the 95th minute Prospero Avellaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaros Kabantais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Milferio getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Andrea Herrera hit a great ball. In the 97thth minute of the game Teobald Gacki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milferio's Celso Javiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The Los Materos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Milferio's performance. The match ended with a win for Milferio.
