Jean-Marie Van Bever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Berasko in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Shuspendemo's Urbano Medero got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Åke Gentenaar hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Rodolfo Berasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Marie Van Bever having to interfere. Silverio Cebrian kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Laurent Elzen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Wolfpack™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurent Elzen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of The Wolfpack™ booed when Shuspendemo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Ferrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 40 minutes on the clock, Anacleto Ederono commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 40 minutes into the game, one of The Wolfpack™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jean-Marie Van Bever had in the 43rdth minute some difficulties stopping Rodolfo Berasko's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Platon in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean-Marie Van Bever saved The Wolfpack™ from getting behind.

Shuspendemo made a substitution. Cosme Gregory replaced Esteban Perrando. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Platon was the one to do the kick off. Bernardo Vasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Iansens in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Honorato Beltxe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shuspendemo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Wolfpack™ the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Shuspendemo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Beltxe to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jean-Marie Van Bever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Wolfpack™'s Laurent Elzen got a free kick in the 70th minute. The supporters of Shuspendemo booed when The Wolfpack™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lex Dewolf didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, The Wolfpack™'s Jean-Marie Van Bever got control of the ball when Urbano Medero tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 played minutes Shuspendemo got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Ferrando.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Giovanni Iansens in The Wolfpack™ was the one to initiate the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Austin in the 103rd minute of play forced The Wolfpack™'s goalkeeper Jean-Marie Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Platon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Marie Van Bever was relentless in the 123rd minute of the game. In the 125th minute, Ceferino Austin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jean-Marie Van Bever. The goal made the score 0-1. When the match was over Shuspendemo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The Wolfpack™ throughout the match.
