A hard shot 3 in the game by Jules Bucaille from a close distance when the talented Keld Paulsen managed to make a qualified save. Denmark's players were relieved. In the 5th minute Jules Bucaille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Jules Bucaille who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denmark's Theis Winther managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jordy Mornet in the 13 minute of the game. The throw-in from Jordy Mornet in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Theis Winther. 20 minutes into the match, Olympique Versailles's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Uriel Ixidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Jules Bucaille sent off a good shot on target. Zinedine Charlot kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jules Bucaille's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Mikkel Wulff managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Mikkel Wulff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Ixidor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. In the last second Uriel Ixidor throw himself and got hold of the ball when Chris Nygaard in the 52ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 53 minutes into the match, Olympique Versailles's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Uriel Ixidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Uriel Ixidor made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Jules Bucaille had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jules Bucaille was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dylan Raynal's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Denmark's attentive Lars Steen managed to snatch the ball when Jordy Mornet made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Uriel Ixidor made a huge save. In the 75th minute Jules Bucaille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jordy Mornet made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dylan Raynal immediately put the ball in play. In the 88th minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uriel Ixidor was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 90th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Steen to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Olympique Versailles's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Uriel Ixidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Olympique Versailles were victorious despite being under pressure from Denmark for much of the match.
