Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Olympique Versailles's Jules Bucaille started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. If Jules Bucaille had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a free kick in the 7th minute. Olympique Versailles's Madjid Gilleron shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Keld Paulsen but with some difficulty. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jordy Mornet in the 14 minute of the game. Zinedine Charlot hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Uriel Ixidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 19th minute of the match. After 22 minutes, Jordan Burdet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olympique Versailles and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Olympique Versailles getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jordan Burdet hit a great ball. Uriel Ixidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Olympique Versailles booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertram Svenningsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 minutes, Jordy Mornet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olympique Versailles and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Jordy Mornet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Olympique Versailles got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Raynal. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Olav Graversen in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Olympique Versailles's Jordan Burdet. After having played for 60 minutes, Chris Nygaard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chris Nygaard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bertram Svenningsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Uriel Ixidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jules Bucaille came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Olympique Versailles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jules Bucaille couldn't finish the play. Theis Winther hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Uriel Ixidor successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 72nd minute Jules Bucaille shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 79th minute of play forced Olympique Versailles's goalkeeper Uriel Ixidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute of the match Denmark got a corner. Olympique Versailles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chris Nygaard ran over to the corner to take the kick. Denmark's Chris Nygaard was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Uriel Ixidor in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mathias Ludvigsen kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute of the game Jordy Mornet made a throw-in which Dylan Raynal played forward. Bertram Svenningsen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jules Bucaille in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. Olympique Versailles succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Denmark had controlled the match.
