The ball had pretty good speed, but Durval Seco firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 6 played minutes Scotland 1873 got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Arixo. Breno Bastos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chiquinho Chaves's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Chiquinho Chaves sped through Scotland 1873's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Breno Bastos. When Chiquinho Chaves fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ViraLataCaramelo U18's protests and gave Chiquinho Chaves a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Scotland 1873 booed when ViraLataCaramelo U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Scotland 1873's Leonel Gonzo got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, ViraLataCaramelo U18's goalkeeper Durval Seco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casimiro Arixo. In the 24th minute Chiquinho Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Chaves took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Breno Bastos. Breno Bastos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Casimiro Arixo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Durval Seco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Casimiro Arixo sped through ViraLataCaramelo U18's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Durval Seco. After having played for 30 minutes, Isidoro Pelayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scotland 1873's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Pelayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Durval Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermegildo Leocadio in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chiquinho Chaves in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Breno Bastos saved Scotland 1873 from getting behind. After a rather tough play, ViraLataCaramelo U18's Tião Moreno got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When ViraLataCaramelo U18's Chiquinho Chaves in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland 1873's goalie prevented a goal. Breno Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Pelayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Durval Seco made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
In the 52nd minute Isidoro Pelayo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Tião Moreno fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ViraLataCaramelo U18's protests and gave Tião Moreno a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ViraLataCaramelo U18 getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Tião Moreno hit a great ball. If Casimiro Arixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Durval Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Gonzo in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Emanuel Brodel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ViraLataCaramelo U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scotland 1873 the free kick. The supporters of Scotland 1873 booed when ViraLataCaramelo U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Ermegildo Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durval Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Gonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Leonel Gonzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval Seco was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 65th minute of the match Scotland 1873 got a corner. ViraLataCaramelo U18's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonel Gonzo ran over to the corner to take the kick. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by ViraLataCaramelo U18's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Leonel Gonzo was slow to take the kick. During this time Scotland 1873's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ViraLataCaramelo U18's goalie and right to Julio Aurken. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ViraLataCaramelo U18's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Gonzo in the 69th minute of play forced ViraLataCaramelo U18's goalkeeper Durval Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Leonel Gonzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval Seco was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Gonzo in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Seco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ViraLataCaramelo U18's Emanuel Brodel got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 75th minute of the match Julio Aurken shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Seco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, ViraLataCaramelo U18's goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Leocadio came free, but Durval Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute Julio Aurken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Leocadio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Seco having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, ViraLataCaramelo U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Moreno to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Gonzo in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Durval Seco saved ViraLataCaramelo U18 from getting behind. ViraLataCaramelo U18's Durval Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Aurken in the 87th minute of play. Scotland 1873's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leonel Gonzo in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute Leonel Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Durval Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
