In the 7th minute Gaudencio Piorno suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Duda Velloso fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iron Maiden Football's protests and gave Duda Velloso a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Iron Maiden Football got a freekick which was hit by Duda Velloso. In the 12th minute Aurelio Ibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Leobardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. José Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Central's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Rocha came free, but Rodrigo Playo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Ibar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Ramos having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Ibar in the 24th minute of play forced Iron Maiden Football's goalkeeper José Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Aurelio Ibar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. José Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iron Maiden Football's José Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Ibar in the 34th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Aureliano Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S.C.y.D. La Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Ramos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gerardo Cresitobalo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the C.S.C.y.D. La Central fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Cresitobalo couldn't finish the play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Ibar made a kick off. C.S.C.y.D. La Central's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. If Baldomero Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, C.S.C.y.D. La Central's Anibal Dorio got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Lucas Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cristian Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of Iron Maiden Football booed when C.S.C.y.D. La Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Valente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelio Ibar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. La Central's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
