When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Zico Galo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cido Koehler. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Naldo Guerra took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cido Koehler to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Zico Galo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cido Koehler was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. 14 minutes into the game, Zico Galo lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Cido Koehler. Cido Koehler came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker. But to his dismay, Ferid Eker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 21st minute Tadeu Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Hidalgo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Ferid Eker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Cido Koehler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bruninho Xavier hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 28 minutes, Rodriguinho Valladares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CENZI and the Velho Barreiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CENZI! The audience was convinced that Ferid Eker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cido Koehler was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The supporters of Velho Barreiro FC booed when CENZI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilson Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zico Galo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Velho Barreiro FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Cido Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zico Galo in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 57th minute of the match Velho Barreiro FC got a corner. CENZI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lovis Wefers ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lovis Wefers made a great header on Velho Barreiro FC's corner, it was just that CENZI's Cido Koehler managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferid Eker in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cido Koehler saved CENZI from getting behind. 60 minutes into the match, CENZI's goal looked a bit too open when Naldo Guerra came free, but Cido Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CENZI's Cido Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Galo in the 62nd minute of play. In the 62nd minute Zico Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cido Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes, Ferid Eker made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. CENZI's Cido Koehler tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ferid Eker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme was substituted for Ferid Eker. Edmílson Cosme scored 9-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cido Koehler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmílson Cosme in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cido Koehler saved CENZI from getting behind. The Velho Barreiro FC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 80 minutes into the match, CENZI's goal looked a bit too open when Edmílson Cosme came free, but Cido Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Ciro Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cido Koehler was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Caetano Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. CENZI's Cido Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naldo Guerra in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by CENZI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lovis Wefers was slow to take the kick. During this time Velho Barreiro FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Velho Barreiro FC's Lovis Wefers to fire away a dangerous shot which Cido Koehler despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bruninho Xavier thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Cido Koehler, a very annoying self made goal in the 90th minute which led to 12-0. In the 93rd minute Edmílson Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cido Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio Dias in the 96th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Velho Barreiro FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
