Yan de Sousa made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Ferid Eker sent off a good shot on target. After 12 minutes, Lovis Wefers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Velho Barreiro FC and the BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Jailson Moura shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS reached it. Yan de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferid Eker in the 18th minute of play. If Naldo Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Naldo Guerras short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Yan de Sousa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Velho Barreiro FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Velho Barreiro FC's Naldo Guerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yan de Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zico Galo in the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Velho Barreiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naldo Guerra to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferid Eker made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goal looked a bit too open when Ferid Eker came free, but Yan de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan de Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS made a substitution. Tiago Gabriel Velloso replaced Claudinei Nóbrega. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Yan de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferid Eker in the 61st minute of play. After some careless play in the BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS defense, Zico Galo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan de Sousa. The BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan de Sousa should have stopped the shot. Velho Barreiro FC made a substitution. Edmílson Cosme replaced Zico Galo. Fernandão Alagoano hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. When Tiago Gabriel Velloso fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Sebastião Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmílson Cosme in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan de Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 92 minutes of play, Velho Barreiro FC's Ferid Eker made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yan de Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
