Malcolm Wall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Rodriguez in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malcolm Wall saved Pauliström from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Christian Hodei made a precise shot to the right of Malcolm Wall. Pauliström's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Martin Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Karl-Axel Lind fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pauliström's protests and gave Karl-Axel Lind a yellow card for diving instead.
