In the 23rdth minute of the game Andolín Duvauchelle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Young Boys Enschede's Jacco Heesen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andolín Duvauchelle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Jacco Heesen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Jacco Heesen managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Cobresal's Andolín Duvauchelle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37thth minute of the game Andolín Duvauchelle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Young Boys Enschede's Jacco Heesen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andolín Duvauchelle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jacco Heesen made a huge save. Cobresal's Constantin Ionaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark de Zwaan in the 39th minute of play. Jacco Heesen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliano Armstrong in the 41st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Fariña during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 47 minutes, Andolín Duvauchelle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobresal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andolín Duvauchelle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andolín Duvauchelle to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Florín Sances sped through Young Boys Enschede's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacco Heesen.
