Östen Källberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rüştü Recber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Isaksson in the 27th minute of play. When Leif Esbjörnsson fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slussfors IK's protests and gave Leif Esbjörnsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Slussfors IK got a freekick which was hit by Leif Esbjörnsson. After recieving a nice pass, Raichu JK's Bora Han Ozaner tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Ahmet Ziya Hekimbaşı left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Raichu JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 47 minutes into the match, Tobias Isaksson notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Raichu JK's Rüştü Recber. Rüştü Recber was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Isaksson made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Slussfors IK's Magnus Holmberg got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Muammer Pekant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Östen Källberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magnus Holmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Raichu JK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ziya Hekimbaşı. Hugo Regueira hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute Tobias Isaksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rüştü Recber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Raichu JK getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ali Macit Ozanalp hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Raichu JK defense, Tobias Isaksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rüştü Recber. The Raichu JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rüştü Recber should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Raichu JK's goalkeeper Rüştü Recber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Isaksson. Rüştü Recber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Isaksson's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 78 played minutes Slussfors IK got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Regueira. Östen Källberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muammer Pekant in the 79th minute of the match. If Muammer Pekant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Regueira hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Tommy Sundin fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slussfors IK's protests and gave Tommy Sundin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Raichu JK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ahmet Ziya Hekimbaşı hit a great ball. In the 99th minute of the match Magnus Holmberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rüştü Recber showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Raichu JK lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
