Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Achille Molinaro started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luca Toni was slow to take the kick. During this time Luponero FC's players had a chance to rest. Amerigo Oddi was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 7 minutes, Amerigo Oddi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luponero FC and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. Amerigo Oddi hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Eraldo Cannone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Luponero FC's Chen Sen Fan got a free kick in the 14th minute. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eraldo Cannone having to make a save. Eraldo Cannone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Eraldo Cannone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eraldo Cannone was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Luponero FC's Eraldo Cannone. Eraldo Cannone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 29 minutes into the match, Luca Toni notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eraldo Cannone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Cherubini in the 35th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th play minute Ciccio Cherubini came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tommy Kahn. 3-2. The supporters of Germany booed when Luponero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chen Sen Fan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Luponero FC's Luca Toni slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 4-2 after 42 minutes of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Amerigo Oddi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Achille Molinaro scored 6-2 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Toni in the 70th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achille Molinaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Luponero FC were awarded a corner. Luca Toni went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Luponero FC's corner Luca Toni fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tommy Kahn quite easily take care of the ball. If Roman Kon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Oddi scored 7-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Eraldo Cannone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Achille Molinaro's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. When Adrian Dreifuss fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Adrian Dreifuss a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Roman Kon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luponero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Kon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Andrea Ascani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Andrea Ascani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eraldo Cannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Luponero FC had played much better football throughout.
